Our capital policies are industry leading, and can be negotiated, unlike every other group, fund, or holding company in the united states.

If we don’t meet 10% returns within the first 18 months, we are contractually obligated to return your entire investment, plus your percentage of profit that has been earned thus far.

if you have an emergency, please reach out immediately and we’ll try to pull your capital as soon as possible. there are no withdrawal penalties for emergency or unforeseen events. this may be a home foreclosure or a broken leg, either way, if it is potentially life altering we will never prioritize money over wellbeing.

if you request an emergency withdrawal, please give us time to initiate. we may be able to pull as soon as a week, or as late as a month and a half, it will depend on the status of our property investments and their completeness.
